" Lessons learned after reading the commencement address of Steve Jobs"

Year 2005 five years ago, Stanford University one of the outstanding universities in United States was acknowledge by invited guess Steve Jobs, the CEO of Apple Computers to be their commencement speaker. It was a remarkable inspirational commencement address especially to the students. His speech, entitled, “ Stay Hungry, Stay foolish”. According to my research, this commencement address was a very big hit and it was talked about in various articles. Lots of readers drop their reactions through emails and now the IT3 USEP students given a chance to spread and heard our insight lesson learning’s through USeP Forums. First thing that captivate my attention is the ‘catchy’ first line- “You’ve got to find what you love,” Job says. Suddenly as we read along, the commencement address is comprised of three stories in life of Steve Jobs.

Steve shared here that when he was a child her unwed mother decided him up to adaptation. Not knowing that the supposedly poster parents changes their minds to accept baby Steve. They might think that Steve is not applicable to live with them since his mother did not been able to graduate in college so with his father also did not finish school in high school. In this scenario, I can conclude that Steve is not that kind of especial, unluckily and less fortunate at that time.

The first story is about connecting the dots. When Steve is 17 without guidance he chooses a college that is expensive as Stanford. Lately he realized that going to school is never been interesting. But he tokes to another school (Reed College) where he got calligraphy class. He found it very interesting. He didn’t have a dorm room. He walks miles just to save money for one good meal. None of these had even a hope for practical living for Steve. He stated here that dots are connected by looking backwards. We should have trust something that happens in our life it may be good and bad. We have to trust to our self. Our skills, talents and knowledge and we have to share these to others, because we cannot live alone. I also learn that we must never let somebody bring us down. We don’t have to look down or even feel hopeless in every failure we have. Life will never be prosperous always. There will always be ups and downs.. Everything is a perception in this world. Stay Foolish. Fear is pointless. It means that if you are person with fear, this will never help you. Change is inevitable. Inevitable in a way that change is unpredictable to come in our lives. If you fear of doing new things or afraid of change, you can never move forward in life. So, stay foolish.

His second story is about love and loss. Steve got fired on his own company at 30. The heaviness of being successful was replaced by the lightness of being a beginner again, less sure about everything. Since he loves what his doing, he started a company named NeXT and Pixar not knowing that he felt in love with a woman and suddenly become his wife (Laurence). The most important thing that I ascertain is “Don’t lose faith”. Steve convinced to keep going that was he loved what he did. Though he was replaced in the position of his own company, Steve never stopped to discover and persist to his work and way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. Also in our self, even though we haven’t found what makes us happy, we have to find out and keep looking. Of course, if we already have it we have to be contented living with it. Don’t settle. Don’t be too easily satisfied or settle easily with what we have, what we do and grow comfortable…Always there is room for improvement and growth…Stay Hungry always. Hungry of looking forward for progress after failures. When one door closes, another door opens.

Death is in the third story. “If you live each day as if it was your last, someday you’ll most certainly be right.” This quotation made an impression to Steve Jobs. Because almost everything – all external expectations, all pride, all fear of embarrassment or failure – these things just fall away in the face of death, leaving only what is truly important. Lately in his life he diagnosed a pancreatic cancer. His doctor told him that this kind of illness is incurable and nothing to expect to live longer. Without expectation, the cancer cell has been killed through surgery that in fact it is rare happen. But in spite with this ailment, Steve Jobs never surrender. However, this unfavorably situation give more courage to Steve to continue living with his supportive family. No one wants to die. Yes! That true. We are afraid to face death. No one knows when and where this tremendous situation happens. This story wants to remind us that our time is truly limited. We never know what happen next. So we should not waste our time living with loved of our life. We have to express to our families, friends, relatives that we love and care them. So that if time goes by, when we are facing death no regrets may occur. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. Whatever people may think of you, don’t let them bring you down. Steve Jobs also shared that have the courage to follow what our heart and intuition says and crave for. Intuition is somewhat your perception and awareness.

Steve Jobs as a person is not perfect. He admits mistakes. But these mistakes alleviate the kind of deemed and most influential person he is now. Experiences and failures are instruments or tools to be a better one someday. How I wish to be as good and positive thinker Steve Jobs is. Plan for the best and prepare for the worst, in that way I can handle anything easily. Honestly speaks I am a person who loss faith and afraid of regrets in the end. But this commencement address that Steve Jobs shared, that everything happens for a reason. With all the disappointments other people bring don’t let me bother with them. Believing in my own self, doing what I love and passionate about. Of course, gaining confidence is also essential. Two thumbs up for Mr. Jobs!
MY PURPOSE IN LIFE

“The greatest tragedy of life is not DEATH but life without PURPOSE”
this quotations made an impression to me. There is greater terrible than death, it is not knowing
or distinguishing your purpose in life.

Few words can describe my purpose or reason of existence these are follows:

• Live life to the fullest in God’s way.

• Putting your heart and soul in doing things, success comes your way.

I believe that we have to include both our heart and mind doing our best.

• Be a blessing to others.

• True greatness, happiness in life and selfless giving to anyone consist in my purpose.

• Love and take good care of my loved ones most especially my family.

As a prominent creature of God, I must take good care of what I have.
In return, I also have to serve God in his will and accordance.
Maybe I have more reasons why do I exist, however I haven't found the
finest purpose of my life that will surely change my personal perspective in life.

Personal traits: REFLECTION

Morally upright with virtues, technically open-minded to technological complication, we should be able to reach beyond what we expect to obtain. As a technopreneur there are several factors that should be consider on how somebody like me will be individually equipped by the matter around technopreneurship. Without much further do, there is what we called “Personality Traits” to be talk about. How an individual characteristic does may affect the relationship to neither other nor others might be affected on what personal characteristics we have? How this thing does is being connected to technopreneurship?

Yes! We have to define it first. The dictionary defines “personality” as:
1. Habitual patterns and qualities of behavior of any individual as expressed by physical and mental activities and attitudes; distinctive individual qualities of a person, considered collectively.
2. The complex of qualities and characteristics seen as being distinctive to a group, nation, place, etc.
3. The sum of such qualities seen as being capable of making, or likely to make, a favorable impression on other people.
4. Informal personal attractiveness; engaging manner or qualities.

Thus, personality is the totality of somebody’s attitude, interest, emotional responses, behavioral patterns, social roles and other individual traits that endure over long periods of time.

Traits are defined as "a distinguishing or determining quality or characteristic, as of personality." In other words, this means that personality traits are the distinguishing characteristics that make you "you." Every person has a unique identity. In which we can be able to determine the difference of each person. There are some reasons on how do a certain traits influenced and engaged someone. It maybe either by the type of family he/she came from or maybe the kind of environment he/she lived. Personality traits are the unique set of characteristics and qualities that only you possess.
According to some resources, although each person has hundreds, if not thousands, of different habit and traits that make up their personality, psychologists have tried to provide a bit of guidance for people to define personality traits and to determine the most important traits. As a result, they have come up with a list of the five major personality traits. These five traits make up the essence of a person's personality: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism (OCEAN, or CANOE if rearranged).

The following 5 dimensions of personality mean something that could help us in determining our one self characteristic. How being yourself as “you”.
1. Openness: Openness refers to how open you are to experiencing new things. Do you enjoy learning new ideas and concepts or are you frightened of change?
2. Conscientiousness: Conscientiousness refers to how dedicated you are. When you say you are going to do something do you follow through? Do you have a strong work ethic?
3. Extraversion: Extraversion asks how comfortable you are in the company of others. Do you prefer to be by yourself or in a crowd? Do you like to be the life of the party?
4. Agreeableness: Do you try to get along with people or do you go out of your way to be contentious and start a fight?
5. Neuroticism: How emotionally stable are you? Do you get upset over the little things, or do they roll off your back?

In order to determine our personality, using these five major personality traits, psychologists give us a test that asks a series of questions. The questions may inquire about how we would react in a certain situation, or our comfort level in a given setting. Each personality domain has questions to be answer, most probably it answers by “Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Neither Agree nor Disagree, Agree, and Strongly Agree” to the certain point of issue.
As our requirement in our subject Technopreneurship, we are going to determine our personal traits by taking those questions and so we can distinguished how we response in a certain situation or scenario. By doing so, particular site was my tool in personal traits test. More or less it has 60 questions. Honestly speaks, it needs extra time to answer those questions. However, we don’t need to think further because it doesn’t require logical thinking. Learnmyself.com is the site where I took my personal traits test.
These are my percentage results: Openness (24%), Conscientiousness (99%), Extraversion (35%), Agreeableness (58%), and Neuroticism (8%).

I only got twenty-four percent (24%) in openness. Openness is a general emotion, adventure, unusual ideas, imagination, curiosity, and variety of experience. Maybe I’m a kind of person who tend to be conventional or usual and traditional rather that being complex and ambiguous. I preferred the things which I normally know than tried another thing that may get me wrong in the end or might closed to regret. Just like in ordering in fast food chain, I used to ask for the food which I really like and crave for rather that ordering those loads of foods which are not familiar to my taste. Because I am thinking that it might not fit to my taste buds then suddenly realized that my money where just wasted. Openness to experience is what really needs in the world of technopreneurship. Of course it is essential because an open-minded person is a provider of ideas. In technopreneurship there are times that we may think for the best solution to a certain problem.

In the second dimension of personal traits which is conscientiousness, I got the high percentage of ninety-nine (99%). Conscientiousness is a tendency to show self-discipline and aim for achievement. The trait shows a preference for planned rather than spontaneous behavior. It influences the way in which we control, regulate, and direct our impulses. I am glad that I almost had a perfect percentage. Conscientiousness speaks self-discipline and setting an own goal. There is definite time which I found my self planning for what I desire. A good person is good planner. He/she tend to reflect for the future. In connection to technopreneurship, technopreneur must be “off-the-book”. He/she must be prodigy to the things that may affect in terms of technopreneurship. As a student in this subject, we must apply the plan that we made and work for it. That’s why in our System Analyst Design we are assigned to create a chart (PERT and Gantt) which these will represent our plan activities to follow sooner us we go on with our activities. Most Filipinos (like me) engages some habits like “maƱana habit” they are not time conscious. They think that there is lot of time to perform their work. Usually in the class, students tend to be late because of sleeping late and waking up too much late. If they are given a chance to take the personal traits I am pretty sure that he/she gets low percentage in conscientiousness dimension.

In extraversion results got thirty-five percent (35%). This aspect articulate is by positive emotions, urgency, and the tendency to seek out stimulation and the company of others. I also got minimal percentage here. Honestly speaks, I am not willing to socialize or even meet other person. Often times I am hardly approach to some unfamiliar person. I am not open to them. In short, I am a shy type person. Ever since when I was a child, in school I seldom participate in class. But I can assure you that I am willing to listen to my teacher. In other words, I am a good listener. The trait is marked by pronounced engagement with the external world. Extraverts enjoy being with people, and are often perceived as full of energy. In the personal traits test there are some questions being ask if I love to have big parties. Of course as I mentioned, I am not fanatic to that. I hate crowds. I hate being exposed in public. You may think that I am a loner. Don’t you? But I am not. I have also lots of friends to count they are truly reliable and truthful to me. I rather have few good friends than hundreds of useless friends to keep. Maybe I don’t give enough trust to people whom I met not longer him/her. In the field of technopreneurship, people engage with this will to face his/her consumer in part take to his/her business. Of course he/she is a risk taker. In the world of business it is possible and normally obtains difficulties in ventures. Technopreneur should ready to face problems not just the person being involved.

Forth dimension is agreeableness with fifty-eight percent (58%). Agreeableness is an element of personal traits which is concerned and cooperative. Person with lower percentage in agreeableness is untrustworthy and antagonistic towards others. He/she don’t even care the feeling towards the other. Maybe I am a kind of person who is sometimes willing to touch other life. But sometime don’t even care the sympathy of people around me. That why I am half in a way to be agreeable individual. The trait reflects individual differences in general concern for social harmony. There are times I am friendly and love spending moments with them. People with maximum percent in agreeableness are generally considerate, friendly, generous, helpful, and willing to compromise their interests with others. Agreeable people also have an optimistic view of human nature. They believe people are basically honest, decent, and trustworthy. Optimistic is those who think in positive. Maybe that’s the point of believing people around is in a good heart, not to criticize other people. As a technopreneur, he/she must be approachable not only to the customer he/she benefits with, but also to his disciple in business which is the employee. He/she must have a good relationship to them, not bossy all the time and enthusiast in serving and guiding worker. In terms of wage, employee should have proper given salary at the proper time.

And lastly which is Neuroticism. I obtain eight percent (8%) in my personal traits results. For me it’s not all the time that I don’t feel worried and unease. It may depend upon the situation. Maybe I have a strong faith that makes me feel relaxed and peaceful. Freedom from negative feelings does not mean that low scorers experience a lot of positive feelings. It’s true that our anxiety can make our emotionally unstable, we may feel emotionally stressed tend to worry just because of the fear we have inside. People who have a high result in neuroticism are more likely to struggle with depression and sadness. Negative emotional reactions tend to continue for unusually long periods of time, which means they are often in a bad mood. Pertaining to technopreneurship, the person embrace in this field should be more in patience. He/she must not over overlap his/her emotional feelings.

Stated below is the following personal traits results profile in which it described my behaviors, characteristics and attitudes.
“You rarely get angry and it takes a lot to make you angry, however you often resist any cravings or urges that you have, but sometimes you give in. You tend to feel overwhelmed by, and therefore actively avoid, large crowds. You often need privacy and time for yourself. You tend not to express your emotions openly and are sometimes not even aware of your own feelings. You see no need for pretense or manipulation when dealing with others and are therefore candid, frank and sincere. People find it relatively easy to relate to you, however you do not enjoy confrontation, but you will stand up for yourself or push your point if you feel it is important. You are well-organized and like to live according to routines and schedules. Often you will keep lists and make plans.” [1]

From the first sentence narrow it above, it said that I am seldom or not frequently get angry. Yes! It is true. I am not that kind of short-temper person. There are times that when somebody or someone who teases me, I usually beat him/her teasing too. I’m not an expressive person. Often time, I typically pretend my negative feelings and emotions. I hate confrontation. I am not seeking to be frank to somebody else. Maybe I am more concern not to hurt the feelings of other person.

Personality traits test alleviate to distinguish the persons behavior and deeds. In the field of technopreneurship it is essential to know the ones weakness so that he/she must be able to recognize to the extent of changing these characteristics and attitudes for ones self improvement.

What are the factors that contributed to the success and failure of Steve Jobs as a technopreneur?

Steve Jobs is a great groundbreaking person passionately in the fields of technopreneurship. But with all the abilities and capabilities that Steve Jobs does, it must have factors and considerations take along him in success and failure as a technopreneur.

The following are the aspects partake in success of Steve Jobs according to the website which I browsed, followed by the expounding of it rendered on my own words and understanding:

1.Do what you love to do.If you are doing what you really love to do, you may not feel bored rigid and feel uninterested. Just like Jobs do the same things which he really love to do until he got what he really wants.

2.Be different. Every person has a unique identity, in connection with this, to be a good technopreneur, you have to think in differently way the best among the others think of he best they can.

3.Do your best. Of course if you had think the best way in a well-oriented, then its time for you to work your plan. Steve Jobs gets creepy on the things he wants to obtain. Even his personnel felt the pressure of doing their finest.

4.
Make an analysis. This a analysis is a list of strengths and weaknesses of Jobs and the rest of his company mates. If you have the evaluation of these things, then it’s up to you to modify and amend those worst ideas into a better one.

5.Be entrepreneurial. Yes! Be an entrepreneurial in a character and attitude, don’t afraid to take the risk or even great challenges because these will bring you into picking in the bunch. Don’t be afraid to fail and learn from it.

6.Start small, think big. Thereis no successful person I think which start to a great extent. Otherwise, big timers start in a simple way at the beginning. And its up to them howthey handle their wealth wisely. Like Jobs, he simply starts in a small enterprise yet in the end he found the big career waiting on him.

7.Strive to become a Market leader. Own and control the primary technology in everything you do. Be the first! Though anyone can make the same concept you have but you have to amend your work more terribly and awful.

8.Focus on the outcome. Of course more importantly think of the results you have doing. If it fits to the necessity and taste of the consumer. Advertise your work; interface should have a big impact to the buyer. Don’t be fooled by the influences of the people around you. Don’t go with the flow. Just go on your way.

9.Ask for feedback. Feedback is essentials on you as a technopreneur. Ask them what they are going to response back the products on you. Some of them are afraid of telling the truth. Its normal. But focus first to the customer you have. Listen to them.

10. Innovative. What does this innovative mean, this means new and creative, especially in the way that something is done. Your outcome as a result to your product must have the standard and reliable to use often by customers. Quality standard! Concentrate on really important creations and radical innovation. Hire people who want to make the best things in the world. You need a very product-oriented culture, even in a technology company. Lots of companies have tons of great engineers and smart people. But ultimately, there needs to be some gravitational force that pulls it all together.

11. Learn from failures. Failure are normal; at least you have something to learn from it. And surely you’ll never ever try to do the same mistake in many times. Jobs as an technopreneur had some mistakes, still strongly believing in himself

12.Learn continually. With great frequency and regularity. Learning doesn’t have an ending. It is infinite. Well its up to you if you still alive endlessly.(Impossible) Moving forward. Don’t look back and waste on regretting the past. Instead face the present and decide or plan for the future in continually progressing what you have.

In contrast, the following are the aspects partake in failure of Steve Jobs followed by the expounding of it rendered on my own words and understanding:

1.Being greedy. Yes! Steve Jobs is one of the people who is so greedy in terms of position and name in technopreneurship industry. He was blind with money.

2.Don’t care on others. Not knowing his responsibility being the boss, should partake the feelings and opinions of others especially on his employees part. Times is important but consider the excuses normally come in daily activity.

3. Doing unnecessarything. Prior to the outcome. Think of the obligation you have to face onwards. Separate the family trouble either Jobs!

4.Senseless. There are things which Steve Jobs has nothing to be result in a good manner. Like what he did on thcompetitive employee once been tried to apply. In stead of asking him formally, Steve Jobs catechize the nonsense questions with non sense humor. Badly Steve!

5.Short tempered. I notice once or in many times if I’m not mistaken that Steve Jobs got his attitude of being short temper and hard to handle with. That’s one of the reasons why his friends being far stop negotiating with Jobs. Also his employee got him very wrongly.

These are the factors which I think brings Steve Jobs in success then suddenly failure of his own work in Apple as a manager. His characteristic being further more by most innovative, creative and out breaking Bill Gates Bill Gates is known by citizens in the First World and in the third World and everywhere in between. He moves easily from technical discussions to matters of individual survival. Its easier to understand why Bill Gates should be deemed the most influential person in 2006. Not knowing this day he still belongs to richest but not on the top either.

How do you see yourself as a technopreneur?

Being a technopreneur seems never that easy. Then I’m not ready to be it. As a student, I have lots of stuff to be knowledgeable about technopreneurship.
Younger as me should not be bother and think that ignorance is a hindrance to plan my work and work my plan. I agree to the saying that “ignorance is not an excuse”. Though I am the person that afraid in such a heavy task, but if I have the courage and reliant on me there is nothing more to be afraid of.

Years from now, I can see myself who is being technology groundbreaking, creative, innovative and very passionate about the field of technopreneur. (I hope I’m not in my day dreaming, don’t I?) One thing is for sure why loads of people (like me) crave for and be after of Bill Gates and Steve Jobs, it’s because of money. Quickly earning money now a day are really ridiculous. Fortunately there are some personality which they strive and enthusiast in learning experience, a stimulator to look things differently and stride for next challenge. And I must learn and eager to those things mentioned above.
If I deem myself next in technopreneurship, I must agree I don’t even have an idea to start and provoke handling a business technically. I swear! Nevertheless, having an Elective 1 Technopreneurship alleviate the learning’s of as student. Thanks to the concerned. Looking around the world and find ourselves in a continually shrinking global society. How do we think it first to start with if we don’t have even a small piece of idea how it works. A good deal of what goes on in our world can be getting into internationally within seconds of its existence. This interconnectedness allows us to respond to one another in a time efficient manner.

However, this requires high level and professional development programs and training to produce well strategic thinkers especially students who will have the skills to succeed in an animatedly changing global environment in a technological manner. According to some website I had surf, “traditional educational programs, however, lack the methodology to transform today's students into creative, innovative, visionary global leaders who understand the importance of technopreneurship”. “These programs should focus on what workers and professionals should be able to do. These include functioning on multidisciplinary teams, communicating effectively, acquiring updated knowledge of technological developments, and understanding the basic technical concepts and there new applications and improvements”. [1] We have to face this snag accordingly. Information technology professionals
ponder a great way helping the needs of lacking potentials of students. As our professors shared his concept to us, we should not be simply as an employee as what we suppose to be in our future but to obtain to be an employer sooner.

“Technology is simply defined as applications of knowledge to human work”. [2]As I understand this concept by the Peter F. Ducker, technology which plays an important role on us should way used in technopreneurship as an application of expertise and skill of a well-oriented technopreneur. Well I guess we have a right choice to a part of this subject. Still I’m thinking of the right choice of business to incline with. But there are obstructions on my part; it’s the characters of having fear to take risk and great challenges. That maybe my ideas would not work and surely not corresponds to the needs and wants of most customers or consumers.

First activity we had is to visit or site some food chain merchandise then observe and scrutinize the development of the said food chain. I got Greenwhich to choose among those. As I wrote in my assignment I examine lots of progression more technically on it. Robotic, moving, screen menu table and soon and I realize longer, are these things get seems possible to have on my own objection and solution? Yes! Technology in Philippines is unhurriedly or slowly moving forward unlike to some big and high-tech nations. Unfortunately as I viewed the latest gadgets in my generation, my industrial mindset are already late to equip off. Gadgets that we expect to exist are already hand-me-down by the advance nations such U.S and Japan. How can I be a technopreneur if those ideas I mentioned above doesn’t fit the necessity of the people here in the Philippines which involve in most corrupt
nation. Even the basic essentials of people such foods do lacks them, what more if I myself don’t have just human resources such capital in negotiating technological business.

“In an era of man-made brainpower industries, individual, corporate, and national economic success will all require both new and more extensive skills sets than have been required in the past . By themselves skills don't guarantee success. They have to be put together in successful organizations. But without skills and technopreurship there are no successful organizations.” [3] As I understand the stated line given by Manuel Cereijo . We have also to focus the industrial skills of an individual not only in academic inside in a four-cornered room. Field trips and seminars for me may vary the exposure
of the students in technological and technopreneurship fields. Some multi-millioner company should have chosen to visit for us to know howechnology helps human property engage in widely profitable technopreneurial skills. As a newly individual encounters this subject getting confused and wonder how it works and result a product that will surely bring to the person into fame and influence by power like Mr. Bill Gates and Mr. Steve Jobs got. A process of synthesis in engineering the future of a person, or an organization that is what technopreneurship does.

So how can someone like me is going to be a good competitive technopreneur person if I personally don’t have the skills to be developed and to be progress. We should be individually equipped by the matter around technopreneurship which involved in delivering an innovative hi-tech product, by a large part, still a entrepreneurship. Morally upright with virtues, technically open-minded to technological complication, we should be able to reach beyond what we expect to obtain.

Would you take the same career path that Steve Jobs took? Why or why not?

Recalling this publicly heartbreaking episode Jobs said,

“I didn’t see it then, but it turned out that getting fired from Apple was the best thing that could have ever happened to me. The heaviness of being
successful was replaced by the lightness of being a beginner again, less sure about everything. It freed me to enter one of the most creative periods of my life.”

These heartbreaking lines touch my senses of what he has during his point in time of realizing what he had on his life. He apprehends the things which he has nothing to do it but taking for granted. His successful was replaced by the status of being a beginner it was suddenly at his 30 however, was fired from
the company he co-founded with Steve Wozniak. He left the company after losing a bitter battle over control with Apple’s CEO John Sculley (whom Jobs had recruited from Pepsi Cola).

Instead of losing hope on his own battle, he just keep on believing to convinced that the only thing that kept he going was that Steve Jobs loved what he did. Steve got to find what he really loves. And that is as true for his work as it is for his lovers. His work is going to fill a large part of his own life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work.

Taking the same career path that Steve Jobs took wasn’t that easy. But I will let my self grasp what he took of being a good technopreneur. Yes! I will confidently taking risks and consequences of a technopreneur. Working and earning my own money is one of my goals in this early age. Like me, people may think seriously of my future. Of course life is not a joke. But sometimes people don't know how to do it. Well in fact the things we need is just around us. We keep on looking for money and we are looking for it badly. Sadly, we don't really know about earning through technology. Technopreneurship, sounds weird right? But that is how it's called. And that’s the one way how Bill Gates and Steve Jobs shared and lead them in their own lives.

Yes! I am one of the billion people who don’t know and tried either to catches and hatches his eggs through the use of internet. As we go along in our lives we usually didn’t notice the importance of the negotiating business on his own time own place manipulated by the internet. Internationally numerous people or users get through browsing and surfing daily in the internet. Most of the time they are regularly (me also) visit and be entertained by number of social websites such as Facebook as one of the famous online sites diverting the users in such activities like chatting and drop their messages, announcements or even gossips on their profile. In stead of flick through different sites, why not engaging and interacting numerous people around the world. We have blogging, web developing, web designing and soon. Steve Jobs have the courage and determinacy succeeding this field and forming his own career. Though Jobs faces difficulties and problems along his journey, he never gives up. That’s one of the character ought to be and be after him.

Technopreneurship is the key to earn money through technology. Apple and Microsoft are the creative products it had. The word came from 2 different words. First, technology, and next is entrepreneurship, where it means business with the use of technology in its invention. People are really struggling for survival but we don't know that the stuffs that could save us from total distraction and broke is just beside us. Yes just beside us, we only need a computer and an internet connection. That's how amazing it is. And worst of it lots of people don't see this stuff and have no plan for their future. How could this be? first thing's first, There are lots of offers in the internet, ranging from advertising to affiliate business to freelance writing and now how could you say it's impossible to do. A s I’ve mentioned above blogging is one way of expressing and articulating ones ideas. We learn and finally at the moment we enhance and go on with this stuff we eventually earn money on our own account. Not just that we may employ our own employee.

In the same path of Steve Jobs its seems like impossible to race and obtain the same advance technology as he did in Apple. We are fully equipped with this high tech gadgets, software and hardware under their expertise. We couldn’t imagine competing with the same field in technopreneurship. How come?
Being technopreneur is really the things people consider now. Most especially the numbers of unemployed people, even fresh graduates with degrees and diplomas aren’t have work at this time. According to the sites I viewed, by these times that we have job inflation rate and based on statistics, here in Philippines, we have 13,000,000 people jobless. Yes, but sad to say, it is the reality. Poorly Filipinos. Being a Technoprenuer really helps this kind of situation. Why? Because when we start a business, we could hire our fellowmen as our employees and we can give job to them. Apparently we can help the needy people with less creer jobs opportunities. So we help ourself to have a financial freedom and at the same time, we help other people too. We don’t need to be standardize technopreneur same with Steve Jobs, nut we should help or self and also one another forming our future technically advanced. Now, do we really need to become a Technopreneur? It is our choice of course. Its up to us how we handle and be ready taking risk and challenges just to strive in our lives. We recognize and idolized Mr. Bill Gates and Mr. Steve Jobs on their victory. Two thumbs up for them!
